Arrowhead Reports Up to 85% CSF Tau Reduction in Phase 1/2a

Interim data showed subcutaneous ARO-MAPT reduced CSF total tau by a mean of up to 73% at Day 105, with a maximum reduction of 85%, in healthy volunteers. The drug was generally well tolerated.
