PETRONAS Gas Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the office copies of the sealed Court Orders granted by the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur ("High Court") in respect of the following approval and sanction: 1. the Scheme of Arrangement; and 2. the transfer and/or vesting of the Gas Processing Business, Gas Transportation Business and Utilities Business to PG Gas Processing Sdn. Bhd., PG TransCo Sdn.
Bhd. and PG Utilities East Sdn. Bhd., respectively, pursuant to Sections 366 and 370 of the Companies Act 2016 to effect the Proposed Internal Reorganisation, have today been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Accordingly, the Court Orders are effective today, subject to the terms of the Court Orders.
