The Board of Directors of PGB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the Proposed Diversification as the Company envisages that its property development business may become a major contributor to the earnings of PGB and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") in the future.
13(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company intends to seek the approval from its shareholders for the Proposed Diversification at an extraordinary general meeting to be convened, after taking into consideration that its property development business is anticipated to contribute more than 25% of the net profits of the Group in the future. A circular to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Diversification will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course. This announcement is dated 14 October 2026.
