onsemi Wins Sungrow Design-In for EliteSiC in Utility BESS

Sungrow adopted onsemi’s latest EliteSiC hybrid power modules for its PowerTitan 3.0 energy storage platform. The modules provide a cited 0.4% inverter efficiency gain and support power conversion units up to 450 kW.
