The Subcontract Works are expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets of the AWC Group throughout the duration of the Subcontract Works. The Subcontract Agreement is not expected to have any material effect on the gearing of the AWC Group. 4.
Risk Factors The Group does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the standard operational risks associated with construction and engineering installations, fluctuations in material prices, and are the same with any other works of such nature undertaken. Qudotech will manage these risks in accordance with the Group's established project management, operational and risk mitigation practices. 5. Directors' And Major Shareholders' Interests None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of AWC, and/or persons connected with them, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Subcontract Agreement.
