Great Portland Estates Secures £19M in Lettings

Great Portland Estates signed 19 new leases and renewals worth £5.8 million in the second quarter, averaging 5% ahead of March 2026 estimated rental value, versus 3.7% in Q1. A further £9.8 million of rent was under offer at 6.7% above estimated rental value.
