TRANSACTIONS (CHAPTER 10 OF LISTING REQUIREMENTS): RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS MUDAJAYA GROUP BERHAD ("MUDAJAYA" OR THE "COMPANY") PROPOSED DISPOSAL Mudajaya Group Berhad Type Announcement Subject TRANSACTIONS (CHAPTER 10 OF LISTING REQUIREMENTS) RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Description MUDAJAYA GROUP BERHAD ("MUDAJAYA" OR THE "COMPANY") PROPOSED DISPOSAL The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed Disposal. We refer to the earlier announcement dated 28 May 2026 in relation to the Proposed Disposal. Pursuant to the SSA, the conditions precedent of the SSA shall be fulfilled (unless waived in accordance with the SSA) within a period of 3 months from the date of the SSA (i.e. by 27 August 2026) and an automatic extension for a further 2 months (i.e. 27 October 2026) ("Cut-Off Date"). Further, pursuant to the SSA, in the event that the conditions precedent are not fulfilled before or on expiry of the Cut-Off Date, all parties may have an extension of time as may be agreed between the parties to comply with the conditions precedent.
