Britain's Miliband says one private lender must not block debt restructuring

BANGKOK, Oct 14 (Reuters) — British Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband said on Wednesday debt restructuring must not be blocked by a single private-sector lender. Britain wants to take action on debt and resilience during its G20 leadership next year, and climate is a national security issue, Miliband said during IMF-World Bank meetings in Bangkok.
