LEG Sells Düsseldorf Site to Hines-Vastint Joint Venture

LEG Immobilien is selling the approximately 193,000-square-meter Glasmacherviertel site in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim to a joint venture of Hines and Vastint. Development of 1,600 to 1,800 homes is planned on the former industrial site.
