NVDA Nvidia's banned AI chips have more than doubled in price on China's black market, per FT.
DGX B300 servers are reportedly selling for more than RMB 8M, or ~$1.1M, up from RMB 4M six months ago and far above the ~$400K U.S. retail price.
RTX 6000 Pro chips have jumped from ~RMB 50K to as much as RMB 130K, while servers with older A100 chips have risen from ~RMB 200K to as much as RMB 600K.
