Gigasun Seeks One-Year Extension of SOLT4 Bond to November 2027

Gigasun initiated a written procedure to extend the SOLT4 bond maturity to 8 November 2027, maintaining its 14.25% rate. Outstanding nominal debt is expected to fall to approximately SEK 49.2 million from SEK 70.4 million after share issues and set-offs.
