Oct 14 (Reuters) — U.S. oil refiners are expected to have about 529,000 barrels per day (bpd) of capacity offline for the week ending October 16, increasing available refining capacity by 50,000 bpd, research company IIR Energy said on Wednesday. Offline capacity is expected to decrease to 433,000 bpd in the week ending October 23.
