SK Group Chairman Chey Agrees to Sell 1.34% SK Inc Stake for $406 Million

Chey Tae-won agreed to sell the holding company stake to an investment fund linked to Dell Technologies founder Michael Dell for 544 billion won ($406 million), a regulatory filing showed.
