VisionWave, Sadot Terminate CMJV Joint Venture and $7.8 Million Commitment

The parties mutually terminated and unwound their CMJV joint venture under a Letter Agreement effective Oct. 12, 2026. Sadot’s 7,814,323 CMJV units were canceled, and it withdrew as a member; VisionWave retained 250,000 Sadot Entry Premium Shares.
