ChowChow Cloud Sets 1-for-10 Reverse Split, Adds Dual-Class Shares

The company says the split takes effect Oct. 26, 2026, alongside a redesignation into Class A shares with one vote and Class B shares with 10 votes. It expects 1.10 million Class A and 2.45 million Class B shares outstanding afterward.
