Fastenal Declares $0.26 Dividend, Repurchases 650,000 Shares in Q3

Fastenal declared a $0.26-per-share cash dividend payable Nov. 25, 2026, to holders of record Oct. 28, 2026. It repurchased 650,000 shares in Q3 2026 at an average price of $46.49. The board said it intends to continue quarterly dividends, subject to conditions.
