AmBase Secures Additional $1.5 Million From CEO

AmBase entered into an agreement with CEO Richard A. Bianco for an additional $1.5 million to support working capital and litigation costs tied to the 111 West 57th Property. The funding is under the same terms as the company’s 2026 Litigation Funding Agreement.
