India Clears GRT Jewellers’ Acquisition of 74.12% Stake in TBZ

The Competition Commission of India approved GRT Jewellers’ acquisition of a 74.12% stake in Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri for ₹1,034 crore. The companies signed a Special Purchase Agreement in August.
