India's CCI Clears GRT Jewellers' 74.12% Stake Acquisition in TBZ
The Competition Commission of India approved GRT Jewellers (India) Private Limited's proposed acquisition of a 74.12% stake in listed Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited. The regulator said a detailed order would follow.
