Sinda Names Scott Cole Interim CFO and Adds Alberto Zinser to Board

Scott Cole becomes interim CFO effective Oct. 13, 2026, replacing Luis Barreto, who will cease serving as CFO that day. Alberto Zinser has also joined the board.
