Bumble Agrees to $1.3 Billion All-Cash Acquisition by Ithaca Holdings

Bumble agreed to be acquired by Ithaca Holdings in an all-cash transaction valuing the dating-app company at $1.3 billion. Shareholders will receive $6.05 per Class A share.
