Azimut Grants Centerra Up to 70% Earn-In on Two Properties

Azimut signed an option agreement allowing Centerra to earn up to 70% of the Corvet and Kaanaayaa properties by funding $16.0M in exploration, paying up to $850K and delivering a PEA with at least 1 Moz AuEq. The deal is subject to TSXV approval.
