Marvell Forms OCP Group With Microsoft and Oracle to Set HSM Specs

The group will define open specifications for an integrated HSM meeting NIST FIPS 140-3 Level 3. An initial draft is targeted around the 2026 OCP Global Summit, with version 1.0 to follow.
