King Global Forms 50/50 JV for Arizona Processing Beta Test

King Global formed a 50/50 joint venture with Quantum Energy via Security Minerals to beta test processing of historic mined materials at Cleator, Arizona, from October 2026 to February 2027. A permanent JV may follow if the test succeeds and both parties agree.
