Kenvue Implements Supplemental Indenture for Kimberly-Clark Note Exchange

Kenvue amended its 2023 base indenture to facilitate Kimberly-Clark’s exchange offers for up to $7.0 billion of existing Kenvue notes. The amendments remove most restrictive covenants and certain events of default, except payment defaults.
