Nordic Transport Group Holds 4.84% of Share Capital in Treasury Shares

The company said it holds 1,095,747 treasury shares, equal to 4.84% of its share capital, under a buy-back program of up to DKK 200.0 million and 1,250,000 shares running to 9 November 2026.
