BUZZ — Bhagyanagar India rises on Hyderabad land sale, development deal

* Shares of Bhagyanagar India rise 4.93% to 47.85 rupees * Stock on track for seventh session of gains after company signs agreement with Om Sree Builders and Developers to monetise land in Hyderabad * Company signs memorandum of understanding for sale and joint development of about 20,081 square yards of land in Uppal, Hyderabad * Deal includes outright sale of 7,260 square yards of land for 600 million rupees ($6.30 million) * Remaining 12,821 square yards to be jointly developed, with company receiving 30% of saleable area, equivalent to about 300,000 square feet of developed space * YTD, stock has more than tripled in value, up 250% ($1 = 95.2750 Indian rupees) (Reporting by Surbhi Misra in Bengaluru) ((Surbhi.Misra@thomsonreuters.com | X: |;)
