Getty Images Plans Chapter 11 Filing and Take-Private Deal

Getty Images plans to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and go private with backing from Charles Koch’s investment firm. The plans follow the abandonment of its $3.7 billion merger with Shutterstock and its NYSE delisting.
