The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to clarify that the remarks attributed to the Group Chief Executive Officer in the article were made in the context of Management's consideration of potential capital market initiatives, including the possibility of a secondary listing on the Singapore Exchange ("SGX"). Management will continue to review, assess, and evaluate any potential opportunities based on their strategic merits and potential benefits to the Company and its shareholders, including considering access for the Company's securities to be traded in differing jurisdiction.
