On behalf of the Board, MBSB IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 12 October 2026, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 1,779,246,481 Rights Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue subject to the following conditions: 1.
