Barclays Economist Says BSP Unlikely to Raise Rates in October

Barclays economist Brian Tan says the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas is unlikely to raise its policy rate later this month, despite September CPI rising 7.2% year over year, up from 6.1% in August.
