Analyst Sees Limited Diesel Price Impact From U.S.-Russia Agreement

Ritterbusch & Associates says most of the impact on diesel prices from the U.S. lifting sanctions against Russian diesel was reflected in Friday’s retreat. The firm expects a slowdown in U.S. distillate exports later this month.
