Hunt Properties Says 15-Year AI Data Center Lease Near Execution

Hunt Properties said its 15-year triple-net lease for a 150MW Midwest AI data center is progressing toward near-term execution. The facility has an owned substation and potential upgrades to about 300MW. The company also reaffirmed support for Empery Digital’s current board.
