RMR Announces $272.1 Million Medical Office Portfolio Financing

The RMR Group said it facilitated a $272.1 million interest-only mortgage financing for its managed joint venture, secured by two properties in Los Angeles. The loan has a two-year initial term with three one-year extension options.
