Qben Infra Seeks Approval for Norway Unit Sale, Convertible Issue

Qben Infra called an Oct. 28 EGM to approve the related-party sale of Qben Real Estate Norway AS, expected to cut consolidated debt by about NOK 33.8 million, and a directed convertible issue of up to SEK 71.8 million.
