ISS Holds 4.18% of Share Capital as Treasury Shares Amid Buyback

ISS A/S says it holds 6,690,248 treasury shares, equal to 4.18% of its share capital. Its buyback of up to DKK 3.1 billion runs to Feb. 22, 2027; the second tranche, of up to DKK 1.85 billion, began Aug. 11, 2026.
