TotalEnergies and KKR Add 700 MW of Solar Assets in $1.2 Billion Deal

The companies agreed to add three solar assets in Texas and Ohio to their renewable-energy joint venture. The deal includes debt and expands its portfolio from 1.4 gigawatts.
