FLSmidth Treasury Shares Reach 8.10% of Share Capital

FLSmidth said treasury holdings total 4,668,644 shares, or 8.10% of share capital, under its ongoing DKK 1.0 billion buy-back program. The program permits repurchases of up to DKK 1.0 billion and 2,300,000 shares.
