The Shangai Composite Index Closes 0.50% Lower

The Shangai Composite Index dropped 19 points or 0.50 percent on Monday to close at 3795 points. Losses were led by China Fortune (-6.06%), Greenland Holdings (-4.05%) and Hengli Petrochemical (-4.01%). Offsetting the fall, top gainers were Great Wall Motor (3.12%), Bank Of China (3.10%) and China Construction Bank (3.10%).
