China Agrees to Halve Hybrid Car Exports to EU

Beijing agreed to cut hybrid exports to the bloc to about 400,000 vehicles a year. The report says the move reflects confidence that BYD, Geely and rivals can expand European production, while sacrificing growth for smaller marques such as Li Auto.
