SEBI mandates color-coded Credit Risk-o-Meter for debt offers

SEBI introduced a mandatory Credit Risk-o-Meter for debt securities, requiring issuers and online bond platform providers to display a traffic-light credit risk meter in offer documents and abridged prospectuses.
