Alok Industries sells Czech unit Mileta stake for Rs 5.6 crore

Alok Industries completed the sale of its entire stake in Czech textile manufacturer Mileta a.s. for EUR 558,825 (about Rs 5.6 crore), ending its subsidiary holding following a December 2025 agreement with CRESCON.
