General Mills reports tender offer results for senior notes

General Mills said its previously announced cash tender offers for several series of senior notes expired on October 9, with some issues fully accepted and one series partially accepted. Holders of accepted notes will receive payment and accrued interest on October 14, subject to the offer conditions.
