PG&E seeks wildfire-liability fix in California

PG&E CEO Patti Poppe says the utility needs California wildfire-liability legislation resolved and may proceed with a strategic review if it is not. The company said the review already cut next year’s capital spending plan to $11.4 billion from $13.4 billion.
