Brookfield Renewable delays vote on corporate simplification

Brookfield Renewable Partners moved its special unitholder meeting to Oct. 29, 2026 to allow more time to reach the required approval threshold for its proposed corporate simplification. The company said votes cast so far are overwhelmingly in favor, with over 99.7% supporting the plan.
