Asahi Kasei unit wins FDA approval for HOVILPRI tablets

Asahi Kasei Therapeutics said the FDA approved HOVILPRI tablets for mucocutaneous HSV lesions in immunocompromised adults refractory to standard antiviral treatment. The company said the approval was supported by Phase 3 PRIOH-1 trial results.
