By Josh Beckerman Service Properties Trust will review an unsolicited proposal it received from TKO LLC for its hotel portfolio for $2 billion, the real estate investment trust said. The company said it would carefully review and consider TKO LLC's proposal. "Before receiving the proposal, the Company had no prior contact from TKO," Service Properties Trust said. The company's stock closed up 15%, at $7.15, Friday and was at $7.17 after hours. Hospitality-focused investment company TKO LLC buys and repositions hotel assets across the U.S., according to the Aberdeen, S.D., company. As of June 30, Service Properties Trust owned 745 service-focused retail net lease properties and 93 hotels.
