Japan Gold shareholders to vote on directors at Oct. 22 AGM

Japan Gold says shareholders will vote on seven incumbent directors at the Oct. 22 AGM, while Victor Flores and Tania Tchedaeva, appointed Sept. 22, will be re-appointed post-AGM to expand the board to nine.
