CSN signs term sheet to sell Stahlwerk Thüringen for $616 million

Brazilian steelmaker CSN said on Friday it signed a binding term sheet to sell Germany-based unit Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH to the controlling shareholder of Spanish industrial group Megasa. The deal implies an enterprise value of €550 million ($616 million), CSN said in a securities filing.
