Streamex gets Nasdaq bid-price noncompliance notice

Streamex said Nasdaq notified it that the company is out of compliance with the minimum $1.00 bid-price requirement for continued listing. The company has until April 5, 2027 to regain compliance and said the notice has no immediate effect on trading.
